A: Hello, this is Tim in IT.

B: Hi, Tim. This is Sara. I'm calling from ŧħe third floor. I've got a problem with my keyboard.

A: Good morning, Sara. Is it a standard keyboard or a wireless keyboard?

B: I'ts a standard one and the delete key is stuck. I've deleted a whole page of text!

A: Oh dear! So first, make sure you've saved all your work. Ok, now unplug the keyboard from your PC. Next, turn it over and get it gently.

B: What? Are you sure?

A: Yes - if the keys have got dirt inside them, they sometimes get stuck.

B: Ok... now what?

A: Now plug the keyboard in again. Press the enter key and see what happens.

B: Alright. Hey, it's working! Thanks.

A: Great!

B: Tim, wait a minute. Now the s key is't working. I'm impressing the key, but the symbol doesn't appear on the monitor

A: Alright, I'll come and take a look. We'll try cleaning some of the keys.

An email introducing a new empolyer

Hello everyone, I am writing this email to inform you of the new employer. His name is Fernando, he is from Murcia, Spain, he is sixteen years old. You will work as an IT technician for our company. We have to be friendly with him. He joins our company and comes from Spain, so the language can be complicated, but his level of English is high. He is an outgoing boy who wants to learn and make new friends. Your job in the company will be as a salesperson for the company and together we will give you support and help you when you need it. Thank you for your collaboration and in a few days you will be on our staff.

How to samble a sound card

1st: Turn off the computer.

2nd: Open left side of panel the case.

3th: Put the sound card to the socket.

4th: Screw the sound card.

5th: Connect the power and data cables.

6th: Turn the computer on and check it works.
